Mission Statement

CommunityHealth is a non-profit volunteer organization dedicated to enhancing the health status of the community. Volunteer physicians and other healthcare workers will provide preventive and primary healthcare to those members of the community who have no other access to medical care; improve access to other existing agencies and facilities through counseling and other referrals; and be a source of information on how to facilitate coping with health-related problems. We will support and remain responsive to the community by periodically assessing and responding to its diverse and changing needs, as well as regularly evaluating CommunityHealth's results. CommunityHealth will be a model for the delivery of compassionate healthcare.
