To promote full participation of Latinos in a cohesive community by providing and promoting education, improving access to resources and opportunities, and building meaningful connections between Latinos and teh lareger Central Oregon community.

Description

Latino Community Association, LCA, offers the following programs to their clients; basic assistance, community education and volunteer opportunities. They also provide the following services; childcare during their English classes, translation and interpretation, family fund/emergency loans, a children's dental clinic and an emergency adult dental clinic.
