Mission Statement

To reduce delinquency, increase self esteem, promote positive social development, and inspire vision through organizational programming and mentoring from adult male mentors who are equipped with behaviors and guidance skills like Jesus Christ to serve at risk urban male youth who are either incarcerated in youth dentention centers, fatherless, or deprived of morally sound male influences.

Description

We are a grassroots organization of Christian men that are officially registered as a non profit entity with the Georgia Secretary of State. Our emphasis is on using the principles, behavior and teachings of Jesus Christ to show male youth a model way of living, fellowship and social growth. The Fraternity, Inc.'s male youth mentorship initiative, Mu Sigma Nu, caters to male youth in the following three categories: Stage I (Ages 7-10), Stage II (Ages 11-14), Stage III (Ages 15-19). We are currently concentrating on youth for Stages I and II. Under our life skills program, Nehemiah University , the youth are equipped and educated on various subjects for their development. Under this program, the youth will have the opportunity to receive help with academics, socialize, participate in programs/events and be mentored by men of God whose purpose is to see them grow in healthy ways.
