Mission Statement

We help women navigate toxic cultural messages about heath, beauty and sexuality so we can thrive amidst the multiple stages of the of the female life cycle. Our workshops, classes and programs support self-care and connect women to our authentic selves.

Description

We are a nonprofit organization. Our vision is to create c ommunities of women who love and enjoy living in our bodies, just as we are! Our programs and events teach participants to find their own path to a healthy sense of self. We have an all-volunteer board and advisory council and enlist volunteers to help plan, lead and coordinate events. We also train facilitators to organize and lead small group communities who will support each other in their self-care journey.
