Description

Hospice of Montgomery, the first hospice in Alabama, is a free standing, community based, independent not-for-profit healthcare agency providing professional, compassionate, quality hospice care to terminally ill patients and their families. We are dedicated to improving the quality of life for terminally ill patients. Utilizing a team of health professional, we provide quality non-curative medical support services within the home setting to meet the physical, emotional, social and spiritual needs of the patient and family during the final stages of illness, death and bereavement. Volunteers provide patient care support; bereavement support; office assistance; fundraising, and community education.
