Description

BRYDGES seeks a volunteer accounting clerk with knowledge of Quickbooks. This candidate will be complete the set-up of Quickbooks to ensure that all accounts are entered and set up correctly, make periodic checks of the invoices and checks that are entered into Quickbooks to make sure it's done correctly, as well as make sure copious record of all contributions are maintained, the books are balanced each month, quarterly financial reports are prepared for the board of directors, and end-of-year budgets are finalized.
