Mission Statement

Animal Trustees of Austin serves the animals of our community by providing affordable, humane veterinary treatment, with compassion and respect for all despite their owners ability to pay.


Animal Trustees of Austin (ATA) is a non-profit animal welfare organization made up of staff and volunteers united by one common interest - the welfare of the animals. Our community veterinary clinic offers affordable spay/neuter surgeries, vaccinations, heartworm prevention and treatment, dental cleanings and life saving special surgeries.

Would you recommend Animal Trustees of Austin?

The place is no longer Animal Trustees of Austin is now Emancipate... they have different policies for offering services to animals. I volunteered there since June 2011 and ended my services on June 2016 due to the change.

Looks like they're asking a pretty ridiculously large amount of work of their volunteers. This should be a job posting.
