Fairhill Partners also offers Chronic Disease Self-Management and Diabetes Self-Management programs. Developed at Stanford University, these workshops help participants develop decision-making, problem-solving, and action-planning skills that help them deal with the physical and emotional effects of chronic disease and improve their quality of life.
