Hunger in America 2009

Mission Statement

The purpose of the Hunger in America 2009 study is to provide national and local profiles of the characteristics of the agencies and programs that make up the Feeding America network, provide demographic profiles of the emergency food assistance clients of local agencies and the extent to which their food security needs are met by local agencies, and provide annual and weekly estimates of the number of clients who use the network at the national and local levels.
