Our mission is to facilitate total wellness for underserved people on our community by providing health care professionally, and free of cost.

Description

Three Angels Clinic is a free, faith-based healthcare clinic. We believe everyone, regardless of income, should have access to quality health care.

Our medical staff administers care to qualified patients from all walks of life who do not have medical insurance, are of low income, or who are medically under served. We provide primary care, preventive care and chronic disease management. Since we advocate treating the whole you, our clinic is staffed with volunteers who can address both your physical and spiritual needs.

We do not operate on a sliding fee scale. Once you meet eligibility guidelines, there are no payments of any kind required from you.

We currently see patients (by appointment only) at several locations throughout Ocala. Call us at 352.537.2289 to schedule an appointment. Volunteers and all others please call 352.897.6138.
