Mission Statement

USNC for UN Women Utah Chapter strives to promote gender equality, stop violence against women and girls, abolish human trafficking, and empower women.

Description

Started in 2013, the Utah Chapter was founded by local advocates Victoria Baird and Nikki Eberhardt. The United States National Committee (USNC) for UN Women and its state chapters work to bring gender equality around the world, empower women economically and politically everywhere, stop violence against women and girls worldwide and to stop human traficking around the world.
