The Center for Spirituality at Work brings people together to find creative solutions to societal issues. Our training and support empowers members of the mainstream community to serve those on the margins.

Our Spirituality in the Marketplace programs help people discover meaning in their daily work and explore their commitment to societal needs. Our Formation Program for Spiritual Directors deepens individuals' abilities to serve as spiritual companions and mentors with special emphasis on being present to people who are economically poor, homeless or otherwise marginalized. Our Making Choices program for women offenders empowers them to make better choices and to discover new ways to participate in the life of the community.
