Description

At Mather LifeWays, we've spent more than 60 years learning about how to make the adventure of aging better. We've listened to people in our residences and in the community, and we've conducted extensive research.

Simply, we enhance the lives of older adults by creating Ways to Age Well. Founded in 1941 by entrepreneur and humanitarian Alonzo Mather, we're dedicated to providing a continuum of living and care; making neighborhoods better places for older adults to live, work, learn, contribute, and play; and identifying, implementing, and sharing progressive practices for wellness, workforce issues, memory care support, and empowering caregivers.

I am a teacher/writing therapist helping seniors through the process of creative writing, expressing emotions: loss, grief, pain, psychic pain and all the emotions as well as reading specific quotes from books related to aging issues.
