Komfort for Kids

My name is April Massey and I am a high school student in Southern Ca. With encouragement and support from my mom and grandma, I have started a charity called Komfort for Kids. I am motivated by God to help others in need. Whether the need is physical or mental, I feel that with your help, together we can encourage children and women with kindness. After I receive the donated blankets, I take them to Harbor-UCLA Medical and to Little Company of Mary Hospital and give them to children who are in great need: have cancer, prolonged hospital stays, etc. Blankets are also provided for new mothers who are unable to afford one. From my own experiences, I have found that blankets are not only useful for warmth but they also provide comfort to a hurting heart. Any help that you can provide is greatly appreciated.
