Hope Outreach is based on Christ's ministry of life-changing opportunities. The generosity of blessed people have been giving since 1991 for the purpose of fulfilling needs of change for the disadvantaged. Reusable items donated from individual households, businesses and institutions have made Hope Outreach Thrift Store, 215 S.
