Mission Statement

PowPAC's mission is to create theatrical experiences of the highest standards within the community theatre environment; to produce and present works ensuring diverse and balanced programming; to provide an environment for the growth and education of the artist, the audience and the community at large; to expand our audiences; to engage our audiences; and above all else, to entertain our audiences.

Description

The Poway Performing Arts Company (PowPAC), is Poway's only Community Theatre. It was established in 1981 with its home theatre in the center of Poway, at the Lively Center, 13250 Poway Road. The company is an independent volunteer-run not for profit 501c3 registered charitable organization with no affiliation or support from any external body.

PowPAC is committed to maintaining a community theater for the production and presentation of dramatic, musical and artistic works and for the promotion of theatre and fine arts in the County of San Diego through educational, cultural and artistic programs.

Our 2018 - 2019 season includes Romeo and Juliet; Deathtrap; A Christmas Carol; People v. Beanstalk; Jake's Women and Exit Laughing.
