Mission Statement

HCEI is dedicatedtothe belief that all children are capable of incredible growth despite any limitations they may presently be demonstrating. To that end we strive to work with Yavapai County's families with children (birth to 5) to provide the best possible Early Intervention services available, without regard to degree of delay, income or race.

Description

Based in Prescott, Arizona, High Country Early Intervention (H.C.E.I.) serves children throughout Yavapai County. HCEI has been in existence since June, 1996.

This non-profit organization currently provides family-focused services to families with children ranging in age from birth to five years who experience developmental delays or disabilities. HCEI provides direct early intervention services and has recently expanded to include direct Occupational and Music Therapy services to older individuals with long term developmental disabilities.
