Mission Statement

We believe that all persons are created in the image of God. We operate on the premise that all of God's children have dignity and the same needs of food, clothing, shelter, and love. LAMP is a caring community of faith helping to provide for the basic needs of the homeless and hurting members of our community.

Description

LAMP provides its services to the community through 3 signature programs.

  1. Helpers Unlimited: (Emergency Assistance/Homeless Prevention) Provides assistance with rent and utilities; this program also provides emergency groceries and clothing.
  2. Health Care Program: Provides assistance with prescriptions, eye care, and dental care.
  3. Homeless Supportive Housing Program: Provides emergency shelter and transitional housing; this program also provides supportive and self-sustaining services, such as; family therapy, parenting classes, job search skills, transportation...etc.
