Mission Statement

MissionSAFE is an after school program that serve high school students and post-high school youth. Most of our participants are low-income, "at-risk" youth, who are looking for safe place to get academic support, leadership skills, community service. MissionSAFE provide the constant support necessary to develop resilency, cope with trauma, and thrive in every area of their lives. Our program is designed to provide young people with a safe place to be after school while giving them opportunities to gain personal development, and academic leadership.

Description

The long term goal of MissionSAFE is to have a supportive, thriving community where residents, business, schools, agencies, community centers, poice, and institutions work together to create a safe neighborhood where youth can thrive, serve, grow and learn.
