Mission Statement

To support community education regarding animal welfare and the importance of spaying and neutering companion animals while facilitating the safe transport, medical and foster care of unwanted dogs and cats in Decatur, Ripley and parts of Franklin County Indiana, while working cooperatively with appropriate animal welfare organizations.
