TransForm Idaho is a volunteer nonprofit, nonpartisan group, established in 2012 to bring together people who share the desire to help Idaho voters and elected officials alike be better informed and more actively involved in the democratic process for the betterment of all.

TransForm Idaho, Inc., is organized under the Idaho Non-profit Corporation Act, Chapter 3, Title 30, Idaho Code, and, as of July 2012, is registered as a tax-exempt charitable educational nonprofit organization as authorized by the Internal Revenue Service under section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code, TransForm Idaho is registered at PO Box 140212, Garden City, ID 83714-0212.
