For nearly 160 years, the YMCA of the Triangle has strengthened the very foundations of our community. We're committed to nurturing the potential of children, promoting healthy living and fostering a sense of social responsibility.

Over the years, we’ve made changes to meet the needs of our growing community. One thing has stayed the same: our Mission to put Christian principles into practice through programs that build healthy spirit, mind and body for all.

The YMCA of the Triangle serves Wake, Chatham, Durham, Lee, Johnston, Orange and Pamlico counties, with 17 branches and three overnight camps. Since no two communities are identical, no two Ys are either. In every location, we bring people, just like you, together to learn, grow and thrive.
