Christ the King Passionist Retreat Center, in the spirit of the Passionist charism, exists to promote the personal reflection & spiritual growth of all who come, according to their needs, by creating a safe, welcoming and prayerful environment, and by providing ministries of inspiration, education and guidance.

Description

Located near Sacramento, this retreat facility provides beautiful grounds, generous space, and an atmosphere of serenity in which to relax and breathe deeply from a spirit of life. Open to all, visitors find a peaceful sanctuary and space to reflect and reconnect with God. Weekend programs available. Large and small meeting rooms available to rent. Overnight accommodations available. Designed in the 19th century Spanish California style, the chapel can accommodate 120 people. The dining room next door has the same capacity.

Christ the King Retreat Center offers 67 rooms, some with double occupancy, and each has a private bathroom. All rooms afford a beautiful view of our old growth oak and redwood tree groves. Two luxury suites include a separate sitting area and kitchenettes. Outdoor areas include walking paths, a labyrinth and a forested walk through the stations of the cross. Hospitality is our gift.
