Mission Statement

NSG promotes the health and fitness of the seniors within the state of Nevada. NSG provides opportunities for seniors to participate in Olympic style competitions. More importantly, Nevada Senior Games is committed to increasing the health and wellness of seniors in order to improve their quality of life.

Description

Olympic Style events - 29 in 2008. New number to be determined for 2009.

Weekly walking programs currently operating in three locations.

Classes and seminars utilizing personnel and expertize from health organizations given at senior centers, senior housing complxes, public and private meeting room locations.
