Description

The organization is named for Allie Heatherly who was diagnosed with retinoblastoma, a rare brain tumor, at the age of four. The organization was created to raise money to assist with the out of pocket costs associated with her care, and assist other families in similar situations. January 2016, it was determined that Allie's tumor had spread, and the costs associated with her care increased dramatically. Many of the therapies that have been recommended for Allie are not readily available. The organization is working toward funding a facility to house and make available these therapies to Allie, and other members of the community.
