Mission Statement

It is the mission of LAYSS to do whatever is necessary to insure that its clients will have all the professional support, guidance, life-skills and education they need to successfully navigate through the minefield called adolescence and emerge as successful adults.

Description

We offer to youth and young adults, 12 to 25 years old, general counseling, relationship and family sounseling, counseling for drug and alcohol problems and program referrals, assistance with gender identity and coming out problems, job counseling including resume writing, assistance obtaining Medical, referrals for shelter, and a computer training school. Our Entertainment Industry Training Program prepared 16 -25 year olds to become Production Assistants(PAs) in a twice weekly, 12 week workshop.
