Description

Childhood hunger is not simply a moral issue. Hunger hinders a young person's ability to learn. Research indicates that even mild malnutrition experienced by young children during critical periods of growth impacts their behavior, school performance, and overall cognitive development. There are thousands of children in Adams County alone that are not receiving enough to eat.

Our mission is to unify the community in the fight against childhood hunger and give these children a chance to succeed. Each child that enrolls with our program will receive a bag full of nutritious and healthy food to take home EVERY weekend.
