Description

The Long-Term Care (LTC) Ombudsman Program is federally mandated under the 1978 amendments to the Older Americans Act. The Program helps residents, family, and staff achieve the best possible quality of life in Texas LTC facilities. It is also a helpful source of information about choosing a long-term care facility. It provides information on resident's rights, eligibility criteria, and other services for the elderly.
