DTARC mission is to recruits and provides mentors/ role models to help at-risk youth and women by leading them to resources and providing educational, and life-skill support for advancement in society.
A mentoring community based program that targets women ages 14 and up. Services are provided through educational resources, training and support to women who desire to transition from immobility to productivity in society. The program is designed to educate, motivate, mentor and impact women to walk into their destiny. The mentoring Program will be taught to individuals in 12 months courses in a collegiate environment. Following the completion of the program, One-onone mentoringwill continue as important component in development of the client. Dta resource center we are currently offering classes through Tarrant County College the four phases-1-Job readiness, phase 2 Financial Development, phase 3. self Development phase 4 Self Sufficiency phase 5 ABC Basic skills of life. each students will receive a diploma and continue education college credits.
