Our Mission.... Valley Hospice of Arizona & Palliative Care affirms life. We have a strong believe in the intrinsic dignity of each person, leading us to provide hospice care for the whole person- body, mind and spirit. Our mission is to provide quality medical and social services to the terminally ill and their families, focusing on support and caring in a time of need. We desire to walk beside patients and families, and they remain decision makers about their own life.

Description

Who We Are

Valley Hospice of Arizona & Palliative Care provides compassionate round the clock end of life care. We support both patient and family/legal guardian and relieve suffering in all realms (physical, emotional and spiritual). Most of our services are available in the patient home. We serve families everyday throughout out Mesa and it’s surrounding areas.

When people are at the end of life, they want comfort, peace and love. Their loved ones want support, guidance and security knowing they have someone to call for help round the clock. Members of our hospice team will be there to support you all the way.

Care Team consist of:

  • Doctor
  • Registered Nurse
  • Nurse Practitioner
  • Social Worker
  • Certified Nursing Assistant
  • Chaplain
  • Volunteers
  • Bereavement Counselors

We have specialized care for specific stages of life limiting illnesses, support for their family and caregivers, integrative therapies including massage, music, pet therapy and care.
