Mission Statement

The mission of the Central Texas Housing Consortium (CTHC) is to provide and professionally manage affordable housing of reasonable quality. Administer programs that offer opportunities for low income persons to advance in society. Be a leader and work in partnership with other organizations to help enhance the quality of life for residents. The members of the CTHC include the Temple and Belton Housing Authorities.

Description

We rent a variety of reasonably priced housing units to qualified applicants throughout the cities of Belton and Temple.We also administer a number of other programs, to include:
* Homeownership Program
* Social services to help residents become self-sufficient and experience a better
quality of life.
