Woodinville Police Volunteers Needed!

The Woodinville Police Department is seeking volunteers to staff the Police Counter at City Hall. Police volunteers will be a important part of Woodinville's Policing Team.


Description

Some of the exciting activities volunteers assist with include interaction with the public, handle incoming calls, answer questions and direct residents to resources, victim follow-up calls, court reminder calls, false alarm tracking and citations, vacation house check, community projects and events, pet licensing, neighborhood crime prevention surveys, operation ID, and business watch mapping.

Volunteers must be willing to commit at least four hours per week and be able to work independently. A background check through the King County Sheriff's Office is also required. For volunteer brochure and preliminary application, please contact Deputy Kelly Park at 425-489-2700 ext: 2233
