The National Association of Minority Contractor’s mission is to provide access, advocacy and development for members in collaboration with strategic alliances. Today the organization has emerged as the preeminent advocate for minority contracting issues.

Description

The Georgia Chapter of the National Association of Minority Contractors is proud to be the host chapter for its 47 th Annual National Conference, "Building Bridges that Empower Our Youth and Community". The 3-day conference will be held at the Omni Hotel at the CNN Center in Atlanta, Georgia, June 15 - June 17, 2016.

NAMC is pleased to have the support of Honorary Co-Chairmen, Mayor Kasim Reed and Governor Nathan Deal, who will welcome attendees to the great City of Atlanta and State of Georgia. Board members and conference Chairpersons are Arthur J. Queen, Chairman of EGM Services, Inc.; and Jan Prisby Bryson, President of BenchMark Management, LLC.

This annual event serves as a prime opportunity for attendees from across the country to receive information and strategies which will be vital in strengthening their positions in the marketplace. It also provides NAMC members and supporters a forum for shaping the ongoing vision and direction of the organization; as well as be revitalized about the future of an industry that is inclusive. Some of the featured sessions will include ATLNext $6B Capital Plan for Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, Federal Contracting, and Construction Law updates.
