Faith, Hope & Good Mental Health provides resources which help people affected by mental health challenges find hope and support through connection with others. Through these resources (small group curricula, experiential learning, workshops and presentations), people may become more knowledgeable about mental health issues which can increase compassion and reduce stigma.
