Spring Forest Qigong Institute

is the nonprofit arm of the Spring Forest Qigong Company. The founder of Spring Forest Qigong (SFQ), Master Chunyi Lin, continues working towards the vision of a healer in every home, a world without pain and suffering, by extending access to this health-giving practice to everyone.

SFQI will make progress towards this vision by offering free SFQ classes and workshops through community connections and partnerships as well as education and support for practitioners.

SFQI believes every person deserves the great benefits of SFQ, whether stress reduction, lessening pain, emotional health, decreasing depression and anxiety, to help heal ourselves, our community, our world.
