Mission Statement

To support educate and empower women who are intimately involved with incarcerated men, To educate society as to why women choose to be in relationships with men who are in jail or prison.

Description

To provide a platform (quarterly Seminars) for women who are involved with incarcerated men to share their stories with each other and with society. To provide a platform (quarterly Seminars )for fomerly incarcerated men to share their stories about incarceration and healthy relationships with their significant others. To provide support for women involved in prison relationships and to provide support for the women and their partners after incarceration. To provide resources such as: emotional, housing, employment and educational support. To provide an opportunity for political, social and civic engagement within the Reentry community. To provide educational workshops on a monthly basis on a college campus. To travel to Sacramento (State Capitol) and speak before the Parole Board Commissioners. To support a healthy couple that is effected by incarceration and parlay it into a healthy family which will establish a strong and productive community.
