Mission Statement

Our mission at the WorkforceSkills Development Training Centers is to
provide high-quality, easily accessible workforce training and professional
development services for all underserved residents of Lake County Illinois. In addition, to provide services for re-training dislocated workers alike for high skilled employment, careers and to
match the right skilled candidate(s) with the right employer of choice. We also provide employment education, business and technology training to those that are currently employed in order to enhance their skills within the workplace.

Most importantly, provide businesses with the right skilled candidates to ensure their business success and meeting today's business demands.
