Mission Statement

Acknowledging that all individuals are unique, the Center for Adaptive Riding specializes in horsemanship and horsebackriding lessons for people with physical, emotional, developmental or learning challenges. Whether a student is brushing, feeding, riding or leading a horse ... balance, body awareness, and brain neuropathways are activated. Enjoying the out of doors while building relationships with the horses, volunteers, staff and other riders are just a few of the additional benefits of the programs of the Center for Adaptive Riding.
