In partnership with our Recreation and Parks Councils and citizens, we provide comprehensive recreation and parks programs, facilities and services, which respond to the changing needs within our communities in Baltimore County. We strive to preserve, enhance and protect our open spaces to enrich the quality of life for present and future generations in a safe and secure environment.

Description

Come and explore one of Baltimore’s best keep secrets! Nestled in the heart of the Overlea/Fullerton area is Holt Park. The park features an outdoor amphi-theater, hiking trails, pond, old Victorian House, and several nature cabins.
The park offers many different educational programs focusing on nature and the arts for visitors of all ages.
