Wiggly Tails Dog Rescue is a volunteer-driven 501(c)(3) nonprofit dog rescue that gets small dogs from high-kill shelters and owner surrenders, provides necessary veterinary care including spaying/neutering, and places them in foster care or in a foster-to-adopt home until they find their forever home.
