Camp To Belong Oregon is dedicated to reuniting brothers and sisters placed in separate foster homes or other out-of-home care for events of fun, emotional empowerment and sibling connection.

Description

Camp To Belong Oregon is a volunteer run non-profit that provides siblings who have been seperated through the Oregon foster care system the opportunuty to spend time together in a summer camp setting. With over 8,000 youth residing in foster care here in Oregon, 70% are separated from at least one sibling. Since 2001, Camp To Belong Oregon has served over 1200 Oregon youth and provided them the opportunity to spend time with their siblings in a safe and fun environment. At camp they can create childhood memories together that they would not have otherwise due to living in separate homes.
