To provide out-of-school opportunities and experiences for youth receiving housing assistance. **The youth program available for LDCHA residence, Full Circle, is a year round out-of-school program that provides a free, safe and structured environment for youth ages 7-18 to socialize and learn. Full Circle encourages participating youth to take healthy risks, challenge themselves, make healthy choices, and learn new skills to help them grow into self-sufficient and successful adults. Full Circle programming focuses on out-of-school learning and self-development and mentors participants as unique individuals. The innovative approach of Full Circle provides at risk youth with meaningful connections and otherwise unobtainable experiences and is a subdivision of LDCHA residence service
