Mission Statement

Our mission is to bring a coordinated Voice and Visibility to the core issues and challenges facing African immigrants in the United States, and to mobilize our people for Action.

Description

Headquartered in the Washington DC suburb of Northern Virginia, we serve the MD/DC/VA areas by providing consulting services, programming, and advocacy to ethnic heritage Africans by engaging all tiers of the US government / policy-makers, and the public / private sectors. We fight for enhancement of quality of life and prevention of erosion of civil liberties & civil rights for Africans who now call America home.

We uphold the tenets of Leadership Best Practices by debunking the stereotype that Africa is a continent rife with corruption, conflict, and incompetence.

We use grants and contracts, in addition to membership support, to achieve our mission and vision.
