Brazosport Medical Center (BMC) provides affordable quality medical, dental, and vision healthcare in a medically underserved area and population.

Description

BMC has medical, dental, and vision providers who accept Medicare and Medicaid as well as cash clients and some insurances. There is an on site HHSC worker who enrolls eligible chidren into Medicaid programs . We also provide a prescription assistance program and indigent care to those who qualify. WIC and Youth & Family Counseling are housed at BMC at the Freeport locations (905 and 712 N Gulf).
