Mission Statement

Our mission is to provide assistance to distressed homeowners of any age, older adults at risk of or facing homelessness due to care needs, and older adult experiencing emotional, financial, sexual, or physical abuse. ARC values and promotes human dignity and empowerment by providing the "resources and choices" that foster self-determination, in the areas of home ownership and late life issues. ARC empowers elders experiencing abuse through professional advocacy, intervention, and community education and prevention programs. ARC empowers homeowners experiencing a variety of housing issues by offering HUD certified comprehensive housing and financial counseling services, direct foreclosure financial assistance programs, and home buyer education.

ARC’s skilled professional case managers help seniors escape abusive and life-threatening situations. We employ the generosity of Tucson area adult care homeowners to help provide safe temporary housing, acquire immediate medical care, and transition to long-term housing- all free of charge.
