Our mission is to provide assistance to distressed homeowners of any age, older adults at risk of or facing homelessness due to care needs, and older adult experiencing emotional, financial, sexual, or physical abuse. ARC values and promotes human dignity and empowerment by providing the "resources and choices" that foster self-determination, in the areas of home ownership and late life issues. ARC empowers elders experiencing abuse through professional advocacy, intervention, and community education and prevention programs. ARC empowers homeowners experiencing a variety of housing issues by offering HUD certified comprehensive housing and financial counseling services, direct foreclosure financial assistance programs, and home buyer education.
Administration of Resources and Choices, ARC, is comprised of several different programs to assist selderly and seniors in the southern Arizona community. ARC's Elder Shelter Program provides emergency care for those in our community who are in need of temporary shelter and require care. Our HUD certified assistance program is able to assist our community who may be facing foreclosure or default. ARC is also able to assist people in this community that may have been subjected to negelct, financial exploitation, or types of abuse.
Justice, outreach, and advocacy are core principles and values of ARC, realized through our team of highly qualified and trained experts in the field of elder abuse and financial exploitation, and housing counseling.
Administration of Resources and Choices, established in 1996, has been delivering services through the financial assistance of Federal, State, and Local government agencies, and support from foundations and personal contributions. ARC is a 502 (c) 3 nonprofit corporation and a designated as an Arizona Tax Credit Charity. Donations can be made on our website at
