Description

PeopleFirst Hospice provides comfort and support to patients and families facing the end of life. We are a team of attentive and conscientious professionals who ensure that each patient is kept as comfortable as possible in body, mind, and spirit. We are mindful that each patient’s journey is unique and pride ourselves in providing an individualized plan of care based on patient/family wishes, goals and hopes.

We serve people of all ages though our primary patient population is age 65 and older. Our service area encompasses the Denver metropolitan area including Parker and Brighton. We provide care in homes, skilled nursing facilities and assisted living communities.

Our staff consists of around 35 people who are experts in hospice care in the fields of Physician, Nurse Practitioner, Registered Nurse, Social Worker, Chaplain, Dietician and Certified Nursing Assistant. We currently serve 75-85 patients in the metro area.
