Mission Statement

Terra Viva Grants is a new nonprofit NGO about grants for agriculture, environment, energy, and natural resources in the developing countries.

This website helps worthy organizations and individuals around the world to more effectively search for funding. We provide the information about grant-funded opportunities for free so that everyone can have access to it.

Description

We are a new organization (start-up in 2008) to improve the availability of information about grant opportunities for organizations and individuals who work in the "green sectors" of the developing countries.

We serve eight regions of the developing world: Asia-Pacific, East Asia, South Asia, Central Asia, Eastern Europe and Russia, Sub-Saharan Africa, Middle East and North Africa, and Latin America and Caribbean.

We post grants information about grant makers in Europe, North America, Japan, Australia and New Zealand, the Middle East, and other pockets of grant giving.

Our operation is small but efficient. We are legally registered in Wisconsin, and we will soon also be registered in France.

I believe the organization is doing a great job and will enable particularly young people to get adequate exposure to pertinent global issues such as sustainable development,energy,Agriculture and the environment
