Description
AtWork! provides individualized vocational training, good jobs, job placements, and community integration for individuals with disabilities through community employment, manufacturing, landscaping, and recycling services.
AtWork! provides employment and training in several locations using a variety of service strategies. We obtain contracts with business and government, won at competitive bid in order to provide jobs for our clients. The work we perform includes: manufacturing, assembling, packaging, landscaping and recycling. Manufacturing and Production Services provide jobs for over 100 individuals generating $1.4 million in commercial revenue and $254,682 in wages for workers with disabilities. Crew services provided work and training for 46 individuals with disabilities who earned $304,000 in wages and generated $1.3 million in commercial revenue for janitorial, landscaping and recycling. AtWork!'s Customized Employment Program placed 15 people with disabilities in jobs with community businesses and supported 55 individuals in their jobs.
