Mission Statement

The Patriots Technology Training Center (Patriots) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded in 1997. Its mission is to help bridge the "digital divide" by generating interest, furthering educational achievements, and creating jobs and career paths for the Washington DC area residents who lack access to today's technology-driven economy. Patriots' primary emphasis is on school-age children in grades five through twelve. Although the programs are available to all residents, particular focus is given to children and youth, from low to moderate-income families lacking access to technology. Consequently, Patriots' programs focus largely on the so-called low income communities of Prince George's County
