Our Mission is to protect and restore critical natural areas and waterways, and educate the community to create a legacy of a healthy, sustainable, environment for future generations.

Description

Wildlands Conservancy was founded in 1973 when a group of concerned citizens banded together to save South Mountain in Emmaus. Today, South Mountain is one of 9 of our nature preserves, open for the public to enjoy. We focus on preserving and stewarding land within the 10 county Lehigh River watershed and we frequently need volunteers to assist with these efforts. In addition to preserving land, we host programs for more than 15,000 school children annually. Our programs are made available to residents of Allentown, Bethlehem and Easton.
